Den Satz kann man auch einfach zu "metropolis without its own economic
infrastructure" verkürzen, wobei das Pronomen "its" auf die Stadt
zu beziehen und "metropolis" zu hochgegriffen wäre.

Was hat das aber mit Telepolis zu tun, die in München erstellt und in
Hannover verlegt wird?
