sometimes the most radical transformations emerge from the most minor  
of interventions - even on the scale of the pixel. this event rethinks  
new media as a mode of artistic presentation, imagineering a paradigm  
of design for the new europe. it will be held in both english and  
german. zuweilen entstehen die radikalsten veränderungen durch  
geringste interventionen - schon bei der grösse eines pixels. diese  
veranstaltung reflektiert neue medien als modus der künstlerischen  
gestaltung, indem ein neues, europäisches paradigma des entwerfens  
vorgestellt wird. englisch und deutsch.

the markov assoziati is based in sofia, berlin and stuttgart. the  
office's projects include architecture, exhibition design, book  
production, as well as alternative technologies in design, project  
development and marketing. iassen markov was born in 1980 in sofia. as  
assistant professor of the institute for the fundamentals of modern  
architecture and design at the university of stuttgart he co-edited "5  
codes: architecture, paranoia and risk in times of terror" with  
birkhäuser verlag (basel, 2006). in 2007-08, he was a fellow at

projekte des büros variieren von architektur, ausstellungsdesign,  
buchproduktionen bis zu alternativen techniken des entwerfens, der
