[spectre] tourists ...

it seems that the crowds drifting down 5th ave are tourists whose
double-decker bus tours have been cancelled and are seeking better vantage
points for photos and video ... in a strange copycat manner, one after
another, small groups stops to pose with the Empire State Building in the
background (the other direction), and they hold their heads or make
strange gestures towards the still-standing edifice ... what can I say...
