    7pm, 29 Nov at Limehouse Town Hall, E14, London

[] everyone is welcome.

[] pay bar at both venues.

The commissioned projects are:

[] Vertical Scroll - by Cavan Convery
[] Rethinking Wargames - by Ruth Catlow
[] SimpleTEXT - by Jonah Brucker-Cohen & Tim Redfern

Vertical Scroll investigates the relationship between text and communication
technology by allowing remote web users to remotely control a webcam which
moves up and down in front of a page. Viewers can then mechanically scroll
to read the text.

Rethinking Wargames is a three player on-line chess game in which the pawns
join forces against the more powerful pieces, subverting the usual
hierarchical structure of the game. This new version was developed by Ruth
Catlow after asking players questions on online chess forums.

SimpleTEXT is a live audio/visual performance mixing sound, text and photos;
which are input by the audience through their mobile phones or PDAs.
