*Laboratory Symbolon * is a cultural association located in Poble Nou,
Barcelona.

It’s a multidisciplinary space of 220m2 promoting experimentation, creation
and diffusion of contemporary processes that integrate art, science,
holistic and life sciences. Developing its objectives through projects,
activities, training and services intended to enrich the cultural
biodiversity and create a bridge between Barcelona headquarters and the new
works located in Cordoba, Argentina.

*In the two modalities residents will have available to them:*

• free participation in internal activities, events, concerts, holistic
binomials, and so on.

•  Space in the Web of laboratory

• Advice and dissemination of their projects.

• Special discounts on all the therapies and courses taking place

• Participation at the open activities: Tallers Oberts Barcelona and
Poblenou and other events where the Laboratory features.

*Directed* to artists, scientists, programmers and cultural managers  that
need a place to develop their activity,  and are interested in electronic
art.

*Period**:*
>From February 1 to August 31, 2012 - 7 months.

*Services*
Working space: 13m2 c / u. - Desk + shelf. Natural light.

*Common areas:* patio, kitchen, shower. Smoke-free.
Multipurpose room for meetings and presentations with audio and video
projector
(use to be defined between the laboratory and resident)

*Price*: 190 € x person.
*Hours*: 9 to 22hs. Monday to Saturday.

*Includes *expenses and weekly cleaning service.
wifi-40mb fiber optic. landline-free calls.

*Participation 1 Free art workshop* mainly electronic-free software and
hardware.
