Festivalthemas „Utopien vermeiden“, eine künstlerische Vision entwickelt, die

eine 2.400 Kilometer lange ringförmige Hochgeschwindigkeitszug-Trasse bauen,
die durch Deutschland, Österreich, Italien, Frankreich, Belgien und Holland
verläuft. Die Bewegung stellt dabei eine künstlerische Installation, eine Uhr
kontinentalen Ausmaßes, eine Touristenattraktion und ein Symbol der
europäischen Identität dar. Als mega-budgetiertes Meta-Projekt, markiert „Train
Time Zeit Zug“ den dringend benötigten Diskussionsraum zwischen unserer
Gegenwart und dem was möglich ist. Ob das nun aus der Perspektive eines
Politikers, der Öffentlichkeit, privilegierten Passagieren oder des

Europe crossing Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Belgium and The Netherlands. A
convoy running at 200 km/h will need 12 hours to cover the circle. Its movement
will act as an art installation, a continental dimension clock, a tourist
