<h2>APPARTAWARD 2014<br> </h2>
<p>After three succesful competitions in <a href="http://en.app-art-award.org/retrospective/2011/" target="_blank">2011</a>, <a href="http://en.app-art-award.org/retrospective/2012/" target="_blank">2012</a> and <a href="http://en.app-art-award.org/retrospective/2013/" target="_blank">2013</a> on the 11th July 2014 the award-ceremony will be held for the fourth time by <a href="http://www.zkm.de/" target="_blank">ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe</a>, <a href="http://www.cyberforum.de/" target="_blank">Cyberforum e.V.</a> and their <a href="http://en.app-art-award.org/partners/" target="_blank">partners</a>. <br>

</p><p>Call for 2014 <a href="http://en.app-art-award.org/appartaward-2013-en/" target="_blank">http://en.app-art-award.org/appartaward-2013-en/</a><br><br>The
 Prize honors the best artworks in app format that represent advanced 
artistic applications. Besides artistic aspects the creative integration
 as well as the use of options offered by new technologies is important.<br><br>The
 AppArtAwards categories for 2014 are «Prize for Artistic Innovation», 
«Special Prize for Art+Science», «Special Prize for Sound Art» and « 
Special Prize for Crowd Art». Apps for the AppArtAward 2014 may be 
submitted from <b>March 10 to May 11</b>.

<p>Have you developed an artistic App? If so, then 
apply with your App for the AppArtAward 2014. A well-known jury will 
select the winner in each of the categories.

 exhibiton at the ZKM_Mediamuseum invites visitors to try out the 
winning-apps plus a selection of highlights from this years competition.
