Utopiana vous invite à suivre un cycle d’interventions qui s’étendra tout au long de l’année 2018, sous le thème « Co-Existences », pour explorer différentes manières de vivre nos relations avec les autres vivants. Co-Existences est conçu par Stefan Kristensen (philosophe) et Luca Pattaroni (sociologue), tous deux membres du Comité d’Utopiana.<br />

Richard White a proposé de penser une modalité de la coexistence entre colons et amérindiens de la région des Grands Lacs qui ne soit ni colonisation ni résistance identitaire : mais un état fragile, éphémère, de middle ground diplomatique, où du fait d’une vulnérabilité mutuelle, les différents peuples étaient voués à une cohabitation diplomatique. Peut-on construire une
analogie entre ce concept et notre situation envers les vivants de la terre à l’anthropocène ?<br />
Baptiste Morizot est agrégé et docteur en philosophie. Il est actuellement enseignant- chercheur à l’Université d’Aix-Marseille au Centre d’épistémologie et d’ergologie comparatives. Diplômé de Normale Sup’ (ENS Lyon), il est l’auteur d’une thèse intitulée « Hasard et individuation. Penser la rencontre comme invention à la lumière de l’œuvre de Gilbert
Simondon ». Ses recherches en éthologie explorent les liens de réciprocité entre les loups et les êtres humains. En 2016, il a signé Les Diplomates.<br />
« Cohabiter avec les loups sur une autre carte du vivant » aux Éditions Wildproject (Prix de Utopiana/ Panorama la Fondation de l’écologie politique 2016 et prix littéraire François-Sommer 2017).<br />
