Project statement
.
Randomness and Certainty is a year long project interviewing scientists and
asking them how their experience as a scientist has affected their personal
understanding of life. Clips of their answers are then played randomly in a
Flash movie, together with video and stills of a variety of subject matter,
including nature, science, technology, and everyday life.

About the artists
.

artafterscience is a video, new media and time-based art project formed in
2001 by artist Zev Robinson and computer programmer Adrian Marshall,
exploring the intersection between art, science, and technology. Much of the
focus has been on random juxtaposition of images, music and words, and how
it affects its meaning.
