Anhand einer Route zu unterschiedlichen Arealen gelangen.
Habt ihr schon einmal versucht, den Wegbeschreibungen eines Freundes  
zu folgen? »Geh dahin... bieg nach links ab... dann nach rechts...  
hey, sieh nach oben, am Fenster, das bin ich!« Hattet ihr dabei das  
Gefühl, dass die Wegbeschreibung eines Freundes so vieldeutig war,  
das ihr gemäß den Anweisungen verschiedene Zielpunkte erreicht habt,  
trotz ein und derselben Beschreibung?

Trefft eine Entscheidung an jeder Ecke!
Das ist genau der Inhalt von SYNCHRONI-CITIES. Das Projekt überträgt  
die Verschiedenartigkeit und kulturellen Besonderheiten  
unterschiedlicher europäischer Örtlichkeiten. Es basiert auf der Idee  
der kulturellen Erkundung, des Dialogs und der Simultanität.

Finde ähnliche Areale in unterschiedlichen Städten.
Dieses ist eine Art Spiel, dass die städtische Erkundungssuche formt,  
basierend auf der Idee des Gestaltens ›sinnverwandter Areale‹. Es  
gibt urbanen Gemeinschaften die Gelegenheit, sich in einem  
interkulturellen Dialog zu engagieren, der gleichzeitig Identität und  
Andersartigkeit betont.

Zeigt eure Perspektive!
Wählt einen Trail! Folgt ihm, und macht Bilder oder sogar Videos auf  
eure Weise. Ladet sie hoch, vergleicht sie mit weiteren Trails der  
Anderen und lasst euch überraschen, wie die Anderen auf Grundlage der  
gleichen Anweisungen sich in all den unterschiedlichen Arealen  
bewegen. Bewertet die Trails, die ihr mögt. Dein Trail wird auch  
bewertet und gewinne einen Preis. Und noch einmal, ...

Travel one trail to many places.
Ever tried to make it to a friend following his instructions? »Go  
there... turn left... turn right... hey look up it's me in the  
window...« Ever had the feeling that the path so clear to your friend  
was in fact very very ambiguous and you could reach several different  
endpoints following the very same trail of instructions?

Make a choice on every corner.
This is exactly what SYNCHRONI-CITIES is about. This project is  
bringing together the multiplicity and cultural diversity of  
different places. It is based on the idea of international  
exploration, dialogue and unity.

Find familiar areas in different cities.
This is a kind of game which is shaped as an urban exploration quest  
based on the idea of creating »synonymous places«. It gives urban  
communities the opportunity to engage in an intercultural dialogue  
that simultaneously stresses upon identity and openness.

Show your point of view.
So pick a trail. Follow it, and take some pictures or even videos on  
your way. Upload it, compare them to trails done by others and wonder  
how people could be in all those different places following the very  
same instructions. Rate the trails you like. Your trails will be  
rated, as well. Win a prize! Then explore more trails.
