 WWWW (1999) is comprised of four projections
 running simultaneously. The work presents four
 women all of whom retort to wearing wigs at
 critical moments of their lives. They discuss
 when, where, why and how they wear them.
 The wig unfolds panoramas from present-day
 Turkey in the form of personal testimonies about
 career, family, authority, sexuality, politics, and
 repression. The multiples narrative styles compel
 the viewer to tread the fine line between truth
 and personal mythology.
