Re:Location / Shake
Die SHAKE NIGHT findet im Rahmen des Kooperationsprojekts RE:LOCATION 
/ SHAKE statt. RE:LOCATION / SHAKE ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt von 
acht europäischen Kunstinstitutionen. Neben Halle für Kunst Lüneburg 
e.V. sind das migros museum für Gegenwartskunst in Zürich, das O.K 
Centrum für Gegenwartskunst in Linz, die Villa Arson in Nizza, das 
Museum für moderne Kunst in Bukarest, die Galerie Jana Koniarka in 
Trnava, das Casino Luxemburg und das Centrum Laznia in Gdansk daran 
beteiligt.

SHAKE NIGHT
Den Höhepunkt erfährt RE:LOCATION 1-7 / SHAKE am 9. Juli mit der 
SHAKE NIGHT, die auf drei europäischen Fernsehkanälen live übertragen 
wird. Dieses Ereignis wird nicht nur den experimentellen und 
prozessualen Charakter von dem Gesamtprojekt verstärken, es stellt in 
der Tat den ersten Versuch dar, ein Publikum europaweit vor einem 
Event für zeitgenössische Kunst zu versammeln.

Re:Location / Shake
The SHAKE NIGHT takes place within the frame of the cooperation 
project RE:LOCATION / SHAKE, which is a joint project of eight 
European art institutions. Apart from Halle für Kunst Lüneburg e.V., 
the other participants are migros museum für Gegenwartskunst in 
Zurich, the O.K Centrum für Gegenwartskunst in Linz, the Villa Arson 
in Nice, the Museum for Modern Art in Bucharest, the Jana Koniarka 
gallery in Trnava, Casino Luxembourg, and the Centrum Laznia in 
Gdansk.

SHAKE Night
The high spot of RE:LOCATION 1-7 / SHAKE will be marked by the SHAKE 
NIGHT on July 9, which will be broadcast live by three European TV 
stations. This event will not only reinforce the experimental and 
process-oriented character of the entire project, it is indeed the 
first attempt to gather together a Europe-wide audience for a 
contemporary art event.
