IEPE has become quite famous for several actions performed at the turn
of the 21st century, such as blocking off the traffic at Hackescher
Markt in the center of Berlin or at Hachiko, the busiest square in
Tokyo. In 2002 he gave the world its eighth wonder -- the Berlin Miracle,
a mysterious rain falling down from a tree for a month and a half.

If you are not yet familiar with IEPE, here is our mini report in which
the author himself explains the background of his last action entitled
*Painting Reality*, performed on the occasion of the premie`re of the
film at Berlin Kreuzberg Biennale.
The intervention itself took place on April 25, 2010 at Rosenthaler
Platz in Berlin. The lead roles were played by four colors, cyclists and
car drivers.
