[spectre] request for advice re: digital archiving in south-east europe

colleagues of mine are looking for an academic partner in south-east 
europe, preferably a university department for media studies, or art 
history with a media-related focus, for an EU project about digital 
archiving of cultural heritage in museums and archives.

does anybody know of such departments?
