[apologies for x-posts]

Dear all,

"7 Configurations" (2014-2019) is a cycle of 3 performances and 2
installations which, for the past 5 years, has investigated the morphing
nexus of artificial intelligence and body politics.

The cycle - now completed - can be explored online through a dedicated
website. This is designed as a visual essay so as to provide scholars,
students, artists, curators and the general public a concise, yet in-depth
view of the core aspects of the cycle.

Research on identity, movement, body design, AI robotics, biophysical music
and pyschoacoustics combine in the cycle to give life to an organic series
of works confusing the boundaries between media art, contemporary
performance, sound art and bio art.

"7 Configurations" is the collaborative effort of a group of artists,
scientists and designers led by Marco Donnarumma. The team continuous and
shared work has been supported by multiple institutions across Germany, UK,
Denmark, Netherlands and China.

After shows and exhibitions in 19 countries, all the pieces of the cycle
are now on tour throughout 2019. For those interested a full tour schedule
(so far) can be viewed at:
