No problem at all  on my part.  I   was just asking  because, assuming
that my  panel would be interesting for  WOS4, I  will have to arrange
for both my reference institution  and the prospective panelists  (and
their institutions, I assume)  to send me/us to  Berlin, and this will
take some time.

But  please don't misunderstand my  words, I  perfectly understand you
need  time   to discuss,  especially   considering  the  wide range of
high-quality panels you are already setting up.
