[Lizenzen] Open-Content-Lizenz

Hi

Ich habe mich vor ein paar Tagen in diese Liste eingetragen, da 
hier angeblich eine Open-Content-Lizenz erstellt werden soll. 
Erfahren habe ich davon im Oekonux-Forum¹, welches die 
Möglichkeiten der Übertragung der Prinzipien freier Software auf 
andere Bereiche diskutiert. An der Oekonux-Diskussion nehme ich 
seit Januar 2000 teil, dem Zeitpunkt meines 
GNU/Linux-Komplettumstiegs.

Ich habe seit etwa August 2000 vor, die Prinzipien freier 
Software auf Musik zu übertragen und beteilige mich seit Februar 
2001 an einem entsprechenden Projekt². Die Vorhaben liegen 
jedoch bislang auf Eis, da eine entsprechende Lizenz (also die 
Übertragung der rechtlichen Grundlage freier Software auf Musik) 
noch nicht bereitsteht.

Ich selbst sehe mich nicht in der Lage, eine derartige Lizenz zu 
verfassen, da ich kein Anwalt bin und mir das Erstellen einer 
freien Musiklizenz (oder sogar Content-Lizenz) um einige Grade 
schwerer erscheint als das Erstellen einer Softwarelizenz. 

Die Musiklizenzen, die derzeit zu finden sind, gehen mir nicht 
weit genug: Den Machern ist es wohl wichtiger eine Option gegen 
kommerzielle Nutzung einzubauen als die Rundfunksendung oder 
persönliche Darbietung einzuräumen.

Anhängend noch ein selbstgestrickter Entwurf einer freien 
Musiklizenz, der zunächst ein paar Überlegungen verdeutlichen 
soll.
