i am teaching a net projects course within the photography department's
digital lab at kent institute of art and design in the uk. i am also
involved in low-fi locator, a system [and resource] for locating net art;
and a database of current and past projects. this, to some extent, came out
of a need to show students the varied ways which artists are engaging with
the net and provide a context for net art activity.

i agree that a collective online resource would be interesting and useful. i
wanted to add an offer to help set this up - if help is needed.
